Strawberry Boobie Smoothie Instructions

One of the biggest complaints with the chocolate lactation smoothie is that it is gritty. This is due to the oats and you might find this smoothie can be a bit gritty as well.

So to solve this, blend your oats and milk first until the mixture is smooth.

  1. Blend oats, ground flax seed, vanilla extract and milk in blender.
  2. Add banana and frozen strawberries.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into cup.

Would you suggest I start drinking the boobie smoothie while I’m pregnant? Would it help?

Hi Natalie, while this smoothie is delicious! I don't think it's necessary. The supply boost only lasts for about 24 hours, so drinking it in advance won't impact the future production. I do have a few posts to help out with breastfeeding once your have your baby though. You can browse them all here: https://themommymyway.com/category/breastfeeding-pumping/

Yum! I think I’ll try this with coconut milk (I can’t have dairy but sounds delish as-is!).
